Holy Cross Hospital Scholarships

Our available scholarships are below.

High School Senior Scholarship Application

You are eligible to apply for a High School Senior Scholarship if you:

  • Are a high school senior in the class of 2012 graduating from a high school in Taos County or the Cimarron Valley District (Taos, Questa, Penasco, Chamisa Mesa, Vista Grande, Chrysalis, Mesta Vista, Moreno Valley, and Cimmaron High Schools.)
  • Will be continuously enrolled full-time in a college or trade school beginning in the fall of 2012
  • Have not been convicted of any felony, or of any misdemeanor involving drugs or alcohol

Associate's or Certification Scholarship Application

You are eligible to apply for an Associate's or Certification Scholarship if you:

  • Are pursuing an associate's degree or certification in a healthcare-related field, or are about to enter such a program.
  • Have lived in Taos County for at least 5 continuous years and/or graduated from a Taos County or Cimarron District High School.
  • Will be enrolled full-time in fall of 2012 at an accredited institution of higher learning.
  • Have a current cumulative college GPA of 2.5 or higher; if just entering college, must have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.5
  • Are willing to commit to returning to northern New Mexico to work, after completion of your education.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree Scholarship Application

You are eligible to apply for a Bachelor's or Master's Degree Scholarship if you:

  • Are pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in a healthcare-related field, or are about to enter such a program. If pursuing a bachelor's degree, must have a standing of at least Junior by Fall 2012.
  • Have lived in Taos County for at least 5 continuous years and/or graduated from a Taos County or Cimarron District High School.
  • Will be enrolled full-time in fall of 2012 at an accredited institution of higher learning.
  • Have a current cumulative college GPA of 2.5 or higher; if just entering college, must have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.5
  • Are willing to commit to returning to northern New Mexico to work, after completion of your education.
